We are looking for a meticulous and organised individual to join our growing team as the Business Administrator. The right candidate will possess a professional and friendly manner and will enjoy varied administrator and accounts duties.

Working alongside the management team, you will provide both administrative and basic accounting support for the business.

The role will suit someone who  enjoys working in a diverse and creative environment where no two days are the same. As we are a rapidly growing company change is the name of the game, as we develop our products and services to meet customer demands and capitalise on moving trends and styles.

Basic responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining Stock Control
  • Updating Website & Social Channels
  • Epos System Updates
  • Basic Sales and Purchase Ledger
  • Credit Control
  • PA Duties
  • Diary Management
  • HR Admin Support
  • Liaising with customers and suppliers
  • Project Management

Due to the nature of the role, you will be exposed to confidential business information so discretion is an essential attribute.

We are looking for an experienced catering assistant to join our Tea Room crew. You will join the current team to cover our lunchtime rush and facilitate extended weekend opening times.

You will support the Tea Room Manager in the lunchtime service for 3 days during the week and assume the role as Deputy Manager at weekends. The role will suit someone who possesses catering experience and has good food safety knowledge as well as being able to create delicious and tempting snacks.

Basic responsibilities will include:

  • Serving customers
  • Preparing drinks and food
  • Maintaining Food Safety standards
  • Ensuring cleaning routines are followed
  • Covering holidays and absence
  • Managing team in absence of TR Manager
  • Cash handling
  • Cashing up
  • Key holder
