Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase. In the unlikely situation you are not satisfied we would welcome you to contact us. We are happy to provide exchanges and returns for all items purchased from us if the following conditions are met :

  • Flowers / plants have been cared for in accordance with the care instructions provided
  • We are notified about any issues within 2 days of purchase, delivery or collection
  • The item is either returned to us or photographic evidence is provided by email
  • Proof of purchase is provided

If non of the above conditions are met, we regret to inform that we may be unable to process any claims for exchanges or refund.

Sales item(s) are non-exchangeable nor returnable.


For perishable goods such as flowers and plants returns should be made within 2 days of taking receipt of the goods, and 20 days for non perishables.


2.1 You will need to bring along your original receipt together with the item(s)

2.2 You will be entitled to an exchange of any item(s) in the shop immediately after evaluation by our florist and they have confirmed that the claim is valid

2.3 If the value of the exchange item(s) is higher than the original item(s), you will be required to pay the difference.

2.4 Store credit will be issued in the form of a gift voucher if the value of the exchange item(s) is lower than the original item(s)

2.5 Alternatively items can be exchanged for store credit in the form of a gift voucher.

Whilst practicing our art we have made an active effort to reduce our footprint by already reducing plastic usage by over 80% through innovative packaging materials.

Our Stories

Wind, rain, hail, snow or even a baby cannot stop us. Saturday, June 18th 2016, Chantelle was heavily pregnant and experiencing some pains, she was also busy putting the finishing touches to one of our lovely brides wedding flowers. Being the trooper she was, she completed the flowers, we delivered them along with some corporate hotel arrangements and nipped in to the maternity unit where 30 minutes later she gave birth to our bouncing boy Reggie!

Our Approach

Our staff are not just trained in floristry, we make sure our team understand how to deliver excellent customer service. In addition to this, because we are a local community florist we take the time to get to know our customers, many of who have become friends. We’ve even made a few four-legged friends!

Our Philosophy

What is more beautiful than flowers. Their colours, textures and fragrance satisfy all of the senses. Although we can work to designs, the very individuality of each flower makes every creation unique.

Each morning arriving at the shop reminds us if Christmas as a child, when you would creep downstairs to see if Santa had been. Although Santa in this case is the flower delivery man.
